How do I create an account?

You need to create an account to access the course. Click the "Login" or "Sign Up" button on the top right of the screen. Enter your name, email address, and a password to register your account.

How do I use a Promo Code / Coupon?

If a discount is currently available, it will be applied automatically when you reach the checkout page. If you have a different code you wish to use, simply click "Remove" on the auto-applied code and enter your specific code in the "Apply Code" field to update the price.

How do I access the course after purchasing?

Once you purchase the course, it is automatically added to your library. Log in to the website or app, click on "My Courses" (or "Dashboard") in the menu, and click on the course image to start learning.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. We will send a password reset link to your registered email address. If the issue persists, please email us at merin@aiforngo.info with the details.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

First, ensure you are logged in with the exact same email address used for the purchase. Check the "My Courses" section. If the course is still missing, please email merin@aiforngo.info.
